I have a deeeep love for all kinds of cheesecake, I particularly love eating this cheesecake, but it's an intense bake!!! It's so delicate I can never relax until the moment I hand it over to the customer 😱

Mix the filling just right, don't over bake, don't let it sit in the water, chill completely... and so on..

This cheesecake is so light and fluffy yet full of creaminess to coat your mouth. Customers keep coming back for this beauty 😍

It's the month of Christmas !!

We can officially listen to and sing carols now for the next 24 days!! 😆

We love this time of the year, looking back the at the whole year and getting ready for the next. Family get togethers and continue (or make new) traditions. We're celebrating our babies 1st Christmas this year, and joining our family for the first time in 8 years. We are very excited and hope you are too 😊

This was our idea for our logo,
Didn't know how we were gonna make it pretty but this is what we wanted it to look like... roughly 😅

I sent this pic to my brother and a sample drawing as a reference for the style we were going for and asked, can you make my drawing into a logo ?
He said 'Of course !'
A few days later he sent me bunch of samples to choose from. We were so happy with all of them ! We mixed and matched with the drawing styles, fonts, colors, ect.
Finally, it came down to the last two designs. It was a tough choice... we chose the one that represent us the most 😊
I was amazed at my brothers work and he told me he just made a rough drawing(2nd pic) and his wife (fiancé at the time) made all the pretty samples(3rd pic) What a teamwork ! So thankful for both of their work 🙏

🍍Pineapple is a symbol of hospitality and that's our identity. Working in the hospitality industry for the last 10 years, the pineapple has became very special to us and we wanted it to represent us in our logo.
If you ever come to our house, you will have fun finding all the pineapples hiding in places!😉

Pie season is here

Let me be honest..
I never thought much of pies.
Probably because I didn't grow up eating them, but it's my dear ones favorite dessert of all time...
Sooooo I had to figure out a way to make the best pies 🥧 possible!!!!

Of course it's on gluten free crust!
It's flaky and delicate. Slightly salty to balance out the sweet fillings.

Hi there !!
Hope everyone is enjoying this fall weather.
It's rainy and chilly in Korea where we are 🥶

On 5th, we celebrated my son turning 6 months !
He is such a bright happy sunshiny baby you could ever imagine with his big smile. So the theme for his celebration was 😃 obvious and here we are sharing how they look. We made this cake and cupcakes before we left the states and shared with our neighbors who watched him grow with us

We use Italian butter cream for these. They are not too sweet but super smooth and creamy. It's our favorite part of the cake.

We offer custom cakes and cupcakes also in gluten-free! (Price might vary by request)

Ok, so we had this idea of making an apple pie cookie. We used a thumbprint cookie recipe we love. With regular flour these came out amazing😍!!!!! We are still working on making the gluten free recipe so please be patient we will let you know as soon as we get it down😁

Our Apple pie cookies are:

Thumbprint cookie filled with housemade Apple jam (just granny smith apples and sugar) topped with almond streusel

We highly recommend you to eat with vanilla ice cream ! You can heat up the cookie just a bit in an oven (or microwave) or just as room temperature is great too !!

Hello hello hello !

Last two weeks have been soooooooo hot 🥵 Baking is no fun without ac😩 glad it finally cooled down!
