A quick note on how my class prep works! 🎨✨
Hey everyone! I love teaching these classes and putting together fun, creative events for you all. To keep everything running smoothly and ensure everyone has a great experience, I wanted to share a friendly reminder about my business policies and what goes on behind the scenes!
​When you purchase a ticket, your spot is reserved, and prep work starts right away. The ticket price covers the exact cost of class supplies. Long before class starts, I spend hours creating the tracer, taping the images, and sublimating each design onto the canvases.
​Fifteen minutes before every class starts, I pre-pour paint for every single registered participant. I do this so that when class starts, everyone can jump right in. If someone arrives late, having their station already set up means they can just sit down and catch up without disrupting the flow for the rest of the group.
​Because of the hands-on prep, supply costs, and time spent prepping and teaching (often 2–4 hours per event), all ticket sales are non-refundable and non-creditable.
​A Few Helpful Reminders:
​-Receipts are issued automatically through the Square App (not directly from my email). If you don't see your receipt after buying a ticket, please be sure to check your spam/junk folder!
​- Please be sure to add the date and time to your personal calendar when you sign up, as automated reminder notifications aren't sent out.
​- I totally understand that life happens—emergencies, illness, or double-booking. While I do my best to work with folks who reach out well in advance, please understand that supplies and prep for your canvas have already been invested.
