🐝 Happy World Bee Day 🐝

Bees do far more than make honey.

These tiny pollinators help support the growth of many of the herbs, flowers, fruits, and plants we rely on every single day. From clover and lavender to fruit trees and wildflowers, bees help entire ecosystems continue to bloom.

Without them, our gardens would grow quieter.
Our herbal traditions would look very different.
Even simple cups of tea begin with pollination somewhere along the line 🌿

One of the gentlest ways we can support bees is by planting pollinator-friendly flowers, avoiding harsh chemicals in our yards, and allowing a little wildness back into nature. Even a small pot of lavender or bee balm can become a tiny resting place for a traveling bee.

Today we celebrate the small winged workers who help keep the earth blooming 🌼🍯

Herbalism is so much more than just leaves in a tea strainer 🌿🫐

Sometimes healing support looks like simmering berries, roots, herbs, and intention together in one warm pot.

Cranberries, blueberries, mulberries, pineapple, dandelion root, corn silk, marshmallow root, nettle, and ginger all bringing their own unique properties to create something nourishing, soothing, and supportive in this special syrup.

This is one of my favorite parts of herbalism: learning how nature’s gifts can work together to support the body gently and intentionally.
