I want to address a recent situation: someone placed a custom hanger order with specific fonts and colors, had me work on it for a week strung me along for 3 weeks to pick up and then ghosted me when it came time to pay the full price.

purchase price was $90 for 6 custom hangers. that is $15 per hanger.

I invested my time, materials, and money into creating exactly what was requested. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and extremely unfair.

Because of this, all custom orders will now require a non-refundable deposit before I begin any work.

If you order something, please be prepared to follow through. My time and materials have value.
