I'm very excited for my first popup this weekend ! I will be bringing lots of rugs to display and talk about, as well as some for sale! If you've been looking for an excuse to enjoy great weather, fantastic wine, beautiful harp by , and see my inventory look no further!

I will be arriving and setting up around 1 and plan to stay until 5, the harp starts at 3:30! See you there!

Antique Caucasian kilim, likely shirvan, c. Late 19th century. This finely woven piece was previously hung on a wall, and by the fineness of the weave and extensive use of cotton throughout it may have been intended for that when it was woven! Beautiful old wool and nice tempered natural dyes make this piece easy on the eyes. The design is known as pashaly design or often as "racing car" design. Don't they look like little formula 1 racers from above?

I wouldn't necessarily recommend this piece for the floor, and the Velcro that is has pre-sewn to the back would make it a great candidate for wall hanging.
