Today in the workshop I am working with some exciting pieces.

*Spiny Oyster - bright orange- love the color
*Picture Jasper - I do look for pictures within the stone - in this one I see stormy clouds over the mountains which sit above the desert.
*Fossilized Coral (agate) - do you see sunflowers? I do!

No make up, no worries.

I had to try on my latest piece - holy moly Batman - that sleeping beauty pendant on this piece just glows.

Seriously, enlarge that and look. Wowza.

While designing this piece I thought about something my friend Wendy Maziarz Dennis said about necklaces often feeling too tight around the neck - I have had that issue myself - so the clasp includes an extender.

The large turquoise beads are Kingman Turquoise - so Arizona is well represented here.

Reminder that the majority of my pieces are unique - so when it’s gone it’s gone.
