Brewing day has officially begun! 🍻 Today, I’m whipping up a refreshing orange wheat beer that’s going to be perfect for those sunny afternoons. Anyone care to guess, what I’ve got brewing tomorrow?

We’re going to have to start our brews early tomorrow and Sunday. I’ve got 3 fermenting, 3 on Tap.

Got the yeast starter going, to get that cell replication going!

Get ready to bring some tall tales, and crush some delicious Ales! This weekend I will be brewing a Hazy IPA and Irish Blonde. Will also be kegging 2 or 3 beers, so they’ll be on tap!

Brewing will begin around 8am, and the pork will be finished around 4pm.

We wanted to do a little community BBQ/hang out so the kids can all play and get to know each other. I’ll be throwing down some delicious Pulled Pork and smoked Mac N’ Cheese. We could do a little Pot Luck.

Our kids are 9 & 7, and love to play. Will give out address to people who DM and want to pitch in!

While awaiting some fermenters to free up, we re-arrange the brewery to make more room. Got over 50 gallons of beer waiting for yall. Will be ready in about two weeks time. Cleaning is huge, because brewing can sometimes make a huge mess.

As always, come drink; all we ask is you bring a tall tale to tell!

Is there anyone here that is really good with drawing/computer drawing? I am in need of a few artists to redesign our logo to look more professional, and less like someone grabbed stuff off the clip art file. We are willing to pay for the logo redesign that we like the most.

Good morning everyone. I want to say that I am doing well, and just sleeping and recovering well. Just really exhausted.

I’m posting this again, for some help to get a lot of necessary workout equipment, sitting bike, etc..

I know that we have been spending money lately, but that’s been to give my family a better life; and move away from the memories. If anyone feels like they can help us out with extra dtuff, we would appreciate it, as we’ve been spending tons of money out of pocket; because the military won’t cover it; and I keep getting screwed.

This will be our last brew for the foreseeable future, due to an upcoming surgery. This quest to understand the beer science, has turned into a full blown job. I love making beer, and bringing people together to enjoy it.

All of these beers should be ready to keg, when I make it back home in a couple months, so come on by and enjoy it.

Happy Sunday yall!

We’ve got our system back up and running, and now it’s brew time! We currently are brewing an Irish Red Ale and a Peach Kolsch! We’re going to be picking it back up here shortly, so people can come enjoy some beer. I’ll be in the garage basically all day brewing away!

Currently we have on tap:

George Hopshington: NE IPA 7.5%

Pumpkin Ale: 4.5%

Orange wheat ale: 5.5%

We will have around 100 gallons of beer a month to drink, so come on stop by and say Hi. As always come grab an ale, but bring a tall tale!
