Ready to Ship items are generally in the Ready to Ship Album. You can easily reach that album by clicking on "photos" and then clicking on the "Ready to Ship" album. To claim a product, type "sold" and either type or private message your paypal address and zip code for invoicing. Invoices are due on receipt and should be paid within 24 hours or the item will be relisted as availabl
e. Deposits are non-refundable. When you request that an item be held, you must also provide the date by which you will complete the purchase. Assuming further arrangements have not been made, 24 hours after that date the item will be relisted if it has not been paid in full and you will forfeit your deposit. Custom orders are generally welcome. Please message me so we can discuss your custom order and I will provide you a quote. Custom orders require payment in advance and the quote is based on the information you have provided. If the information changes, the quote may change as well. Any changes to the original quote will be discussed in advance of incurring new charges. Items are generally shipped on Mondays and Wednesdays and a tracking number will be provided to you through your email and through FB messaging. Custom orders will be started after full payment is made and will vary as to completion time depending on the scope of the project. Delivery times will be discussed during our custom order discussion. After completion of a custom order, you will be provided photographs and your item will be shipped on the next shipping day. Items are generally shipped USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Insurance is provided by USPS up to $50 with Priority Mail.
