My body’s been real loud for just over a week now, so I’ve been stationed on the couch with my heating pad, hand braces, a muscle relaxer and Tylenol (more meds stacked onto my already impressive daily lineup), all thanks to this latest pain flare that keeps refusing to calm down (hello sternum rib cage pain). It definitely doesn’t get the last word on what my crafty little brain makes next though.
