Not bad for a first time! I am still debating on grouting between the beads and glass pieces but it is beautiful!

Update on the lamp project! If you choose to buy a kit from Amazon…some advice…don’t be in a hurry! Those tiny beads you dropped…find them, you need them. The big pieces of glass are the easy part! Work the small beads in small sections, as soon as the glue is tacky…quit trying to move the beads!

So I am one of those people who say “I can make that instead of buy it!” I have been wanting one of these Turkish lamps for a few years but couldn’t bring myself to spend the money. Well, I discovered Amazon sells the kits to make them yourself! Here is day 1 of the process!! The second pic is what the finished product should look like!
