I'm not sure what that blue stuff is but I can tell you that if your vents are in the floor, they probably need to be cleaned. Don't take my word for it, pull up the register and then message me for a free quote.

I never know what I might find in a dryer vent. This home was in just 6 years ago. While servicing the booster fan in the customer's attic, I found the installation manual for the transition duct that connects the dryer to the wall. This homeowner is really lucky that it wasn't ingested into the booster fan. Call or message The Lint Guy for all your dryer and ac duct cleaning.

This is a booster fan. A lot of homes in the area have one depending on the length of the dryer vent run. If you have one, they require service every 6 months. This one was so full of lint that it actually burned up the motor and had to be replaced.
