Inspire | Create | Share My Stampin' Up! Story

An initially reluctant paper crafter who started by scrapbooking life events. I fell in love with Stampin’ Up!

I then dipped my fingers into making Christmas cards and quickly became addicted to all things paper crafting. due to the coordinating high quality paper and ink products, assembling a collection of stamps, dies, punches, etc. I looked forward to my monthly club gathering, learning new techniques, being inspired by my demonstrator and other club members, and connecting with fantastic women who became some of my closest friends. When I made the decision (with a little encouragement) to join Stampin’ Up! as a demonstrator in July 2014, I was nervous about whether I had the time to commit and whether I could be a creative coach for others. I can honestly say no regrets! I love being a demonstrator! I enjoy the creative process of playing with new products to showcase on my social pages and for club events, product spotlights, and card buffet classes. Beyond the discounts and other freebies, I am most grateful for the people I have met through Stampin’ Up! and the trust they place in me to be their demonstrator creative coach.

Such a cute little note to say you're thinking of someone. This card features the Thinking of You Bundle (stamp set and dies), which is available in the September - December 2026 catalog.

The background layer was embossed with the Softly Woven 3D embossing folder to provide lots of texture. The background for the Think of You was die-cut from a piece of Everyday Essentials designer series paper. The added sentiment was heat embossed with white powder (from Basics Wow! Embossing Powder. I used the Lost Lagoon dark Stampin' Blends to color the clear Dewdrops embellishments. Linen thread provides a little more accident

It's never too early to begin working on holiday card!

This card features the Pretty Poinsettia bundle (stamp set and dies). The dies are Impressions die set; it embosses and cuts at the same time! For an even greater impact, using the Impressions plate (a second step) to achieve in greater detail. The poinsettias layer quicker than one might expect to create a stunning focal point to the card. The background was created using the Botanical Glow Hot Foil Die with gold foil.

I've had some fun playing with the new Hot Foil System (and other new tools)!

This card features the Botanical Glow Hot Foil bundle (dies and stamp set). I hot foiled the silver in the background, then stamped with Barely Blush using the new Stampin' Positioned. The greeting was created from the Phrases and Frames bundle, which is an impressions dies (magically cuts and embosses). Be sure to grab the Impressions Plate for best results. The additional die-cut leaves is from Nature's Symphony bundle. In Color Dots provide additional accents.
