🍗 FORT MILL, SC — we understand the hype now!

The ⭐ Country Fried Chicken was TOP TIER — smothered in gravy with mashed potatoes & gravy, green beans, a roll AND cornbread. We completely understand why this is a popular dish here! 🤤

We also tried the Country Fried Steak & Gravy with mac & cheese and fried okra. Good flavor, although ours was a little more cooked than we prefer.

Why can’t pizza trucks be more like ice cream trucks?! 😂

Play the music. Drive through the neighborhood. STOP IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSE! Big kid dream unlocked. 🔓 🍕🚚

We stopped by Dean & Luca Pizza Food Truck out of Clover, SC, and y’all… EVERYTHING we tried HIT THE SPOT! 🤤🔥

🍕 Grandma’s Pizza — crispy, cheesy, saucy and packed with that classic pizza flavor we love
🍯🔥 Pepperoni + Hot Honey Pizza — savory pepperoni with that sweet heat that keeps you reaching for another slice
🥔🌭 Sausage, Potato, Peppers & Onions on ciabatta bread with balsamic glaze — hearty, loaded and bursting with flavor
🧄 Garlic Knots — warm, buttery, garlicky and seriously hard to stop eating

Every single thing brought something different to the table, and there wasn’t a bad bite in the bunch! 🙌🍕

We stopped by Hoof & Barrel in Tega Cay, and here’s something really cool: each day, the chef randomly selects TWO guests’ meals to be on the house!

If your dish gets chosen, it gets the official Hoof & Barrel brand — so you never know when your dinner might become one of the lucky ones. 🔥🐮

We started with the Bread Board — Bavarian pretzel and sliced bread with creamy queso and pimento cheese. 🥨🧀

Then the Jalapeño Business 🌶️🍔 — a house-made beef patty with Pepper Jack, jalapeños, banana peppers, lettuce and spicy ranch, paired with Tree Tops on the side.

We also tried the Chop O’ Pork, an 11 oz marinated and char-grilled pork chop with Smackaroni and Oink & Moo Beans.

Overall, good food and GREAT service! 🙌 A few bites could’ve used a little extra seasoning for our personal taste, but everyone’s palate is different — and the hospitality really stood out.

Okay… WHY did nobody warn us about these?! 😂🍗

We tried our FIRST giant turkey leg from Slick Willie at the Bucking K Ranch Rodeo and WOW. 🤯

Smoky. Juicy. Tender. MASSIVE. And ridiculously delicious.
We came for the rodeo… but this turkey leg might’ve stolen the show. 😂🐎

The rodeo may be over, but we’re STILL thinking about this turkey leg. 🤤
