Invisible Disabilities Week runs from October 18 to 24, 2026. It’s an opportunity to learn about and raise awareness of non-apparent disabilities, like those related to pain, mental health, neurodiversity, learning disabilities, and more.
People with invisible disabilities may struggle in silence, feel unsupported, or misunderstood. This is why fostering inclusive, open and communicative workplaces, schools and communities is so important.
Trust plays a key role in creating these environments. When people feel safe to speak up, ask questions, and share their experiences, they are more likely to access the tools they need to contribute fully.
This Invisible Disabilities Week, take some time to learn more about how you can help foster trust, safety, and inclusion in your workplace and community.
