You’ve heard many times, “If these walls could talk.” This was one of those times where I would love to hear the stories from the walls. We walked into this studio that just had an air about it. We moved this 1919 Chickering Parlor Grand from Barbourville, KY to its new home in Springfield, KY.

But we were blown away by the history in the building and the people that made it so. Thanks to Jack Fishback for offering the assistance today.

I got an emergency call about a piano that was dropped off of the dolly. The customer has a video of the incident and I honestly can’t believe it wasn’t damaged more!

After a day with the piano, it was looking/playing great and sounding beautiful!

Not all pianos can be saved. 😞 Today was a day that pains me to complete, but a necessity in order to better serve YOU! 🫵

Today was Free Dump Day in my home town of Russell County, KY. I took advantage of it as the shop was totally full!🧰 Now, I, like many folks, hate to see a piano taken to the lonesome valley, but space was needed, and these pianos made their way to me for a reason. That reason is the pianos were all played out. Their usefulness was complete and it was time to make room for progress.

Big thanks to my beautiful wife and boys, especially Charlie, for all of their help in this endeavor. My dad even chipped in as well! I love you all! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
