Hello, all! Dropping in for a quick update.
We started farmer’s market at the end of May, and have been blown away by the love and support! We missed last week, but will be back this Saturday from 8am to noon! One main question we’ve gotten from the farmers market is “how do you flavor the coffee?”
Answer: we don’t! Each coffee is roasted to get the best, most inherent flavors from each bean! Some are blends, some are roasted at a higher temp or for different lengths of time.
Every detail in the roasting process matters!

This was a cool pic to me because it’s showcasing so many moments throughout the roasting process! I get them green or “raw” and do my best to hit a variety of flavor profiles that you can enjoy in each cup!
