We’ve made booking your stay a whole lot easier. 🙌

Previously, we were directing everyone over to The Farm’s website to reserve camping & lodging. To simplify things, you can now book your stay for Shadows & Sage directly through our website!

No bouncing between sites. Your event tickets + overnight stay can now all be handled in one place. 🌿

We have options for:

🌙 Weekend Tent Camping — Friday + Saturday
✨ Plus The Farm’s unique lodging options, including campers, tents, yurts & the “Pot”ato Shack!

And if you’re staying in one of The Farm’s lodging spaces, your stay includes the full Farm setup + a complimentary tray & continental breakfast Sunday morning at 9 AM. ☕🍂

🖤 It takes a village… and apparently ours is full of really wonderful humans. 🖤

We’ve had so many of you reach out asking how you can volunteer, lend a hand, or help bring Shadows & Sage to life — and we cannot thank you enough.

We’re currently compiling a list of our volunteer needs so we can start getting everyone plugged in where they’d like to help.

🍂 Making & creating decorations
🛠️ Event set-up + tear-down
🎪 Market-day roles to help everything run smoothly
🔥 Stocking & tending the bonfires throughout the event
🪵 And more as we get everything mapped out!

We would also be incredibly grateful for donations of firewood to help keep our fires burning throughout the day and into the Moonlight Gathering.

Whether you want to get crafty beforehand, throw some muscle into set-up, tend a fire, or simply be an extra set of hands on market day — there’s a place for you.

And y’all… we are sitting at a beautiful 50 VENDORS for Shadows & Sage. 🥹🌿

Fifty small businesses, makers, artists, healers, creators, and wonderfully unique humans coming together to fill the market grounds.

We are so incredibly grateful for every person who applied, shared our posts, told a friend, or chose to bring their work into this space with us.

Now comes the fun part — putting all the little pieces together and watching this market take shape. 🖤

50 vendors. One beautiful autumn day. A whole lot of magic in the making.

We had another planning meeting today and y’all… things are really starting to come together. 🖤

✨ The schedule of events is taking shape.
✨ We’re mapping out the event space.
✨ We’re working through some of the GREAT questions you’ve already sent our way.
✨ And now… we want to hear from YOU.

One thing that has always mattered to us is creating something that feels like more than just a market. We want Shadows & Sage to feel like an experience — and one that our community gets to help shape.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be throwing out some fun polls and questions…

Planning to stay a little longer after Shadows & Sage? You can make a whole night of it at The Farm in Pamplin!

Overnight stays are officially available to book, with tent camping starting at just $40, along with other overnight accommodations for those who want a few more comforts. 🌿

✨ HOW IT WORKS:

🏕️ Book your overnight stay directly through The Farm.
Camping and lodging are separate from your Shadows & Sage tickets.

🌙 Joining us for the Moonlight Gathering?
General After Hours admission is $25, BUT guests who have booked an overnight stay at The Farm receive a discounted $20 Moonlight Gathering ticket!

When purchasing your Moonlight Gathering ticket, simply select the Noonlight Gathering Camping Add On option and enter the requested camping reservation information. We’ll verify it with The Farm prior to the event.

Camping and overnight accommodations will be available separately through The Farm, including tent camping and a limited number of their unique stays.

Want to wake up at the farm the next morning? There will even be an option to add breakfast. ☕🍳

The more the Collective grows, the more I find myself dreaming about the spaces between the big events.
The slower moments. The smaller gatherings. The chance to simply exist in community together. ✨
So I want to ask…

Lately, especially today on Mother’s Day, I’ve been reflecting a lot about all the different threads that make up this day.
How motherhood looks different for everyone.

How this day can hold joy, grief, exhaustion, gratitude, longing, celebration, loneliness, healing, remembrance, love… sometimes all at once.
And it’s had me thinking deeply about “the village.”
The kind of community humans were never meant to live without.

The aunties. The elders. The helping hands.
The people who show up with soup, hold babies, teach crafts, sit beside you, offer wisdom, lend support, or simply make life feel a little less heavy.

So now I’m curious…
✨ What does “the village” look like to you?
✨ What kinds of community support do you crave most?
✨ What do you wish existed more for parents, families, individuals, elders, creatives, or caregivers?
✨ What kinds of gatherings, support, or connection would feel meaningful to you?

No right or wrong answers here.
I’m simply planting seeds and listening. 🌿
