The Power Sports Service Technician is responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of power sports vehicles, including Zero Turn lawnmowers, ATVs, and UTVs. This role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with power sports equipment, a passion for the industry, and a dedication to exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
**Must have own tools.
**Pay based on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair:**
- Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on power sports vehicles, ensuring safety and functionality.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Complete routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tune-ups, brake adjustments, and engine servicing.

**Technical Proficiency:**
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and repair techniques for power sports vehicles.
- Use diagnostic tools and equipment effectively to identify and resolve issues.
- Follow manufacturer guidelines and service bulletins for accurate repairs and maintenance.

**Customer Service:**
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair options, and service recommendations.
- Provide honest and professional estimates for repairs, ensuring transparency with clients.
