“9/11 - a day to remember that extraordinary heroes are often disguised as ordinary people and that spirit and soul are unbreakable.”

We want to take a moment today to remember those we lost 25 years ago today. The victims, the first responders, and those who served in the war that followed. May we never forget the sacrifices made for our country and its people. 🇺🇸

Meet the girls answering the phone 📱

On the left is Jenni, Co-owner and office manager. Born and raised here in Roco. She loves being able to bring reliable appliance repair to her hometown.

On the right Rachel, office personnel/dispatcher. A Jersey girl who moved to Roco 8 years ago and fell in love with the community. She is who keeps Jenni from losing her mind 🤣

They are both here to answer your calls Monday-Friday 8-5pm! So give them a call 828-623-0360 📞

It’s looking very stormy out there ⛈️

Locally we are expecting severe thunderstorms. A quick and simple way to protect your appliances from power surges, due to lighting, is simply turning off the breakers until storm has passed.

Storms are NOTORIOUS for taking out electrical boards and other sensitive electronics in your appliances.

Stay safe! 🙏

The supervisor says I’ve been slacking on maintenance Monday post 🫣 so here you go before I get fired 😂

☀️🔧 Maintenance Monday – Summer Appliance Tips! 🔧☀️

Hot weather means your appliances work harder too! Keep them running smoothly with these easy summer maintenance tips:

❄️ Clean refrigerator coils – Dust and pet hair make your fridge work overtime and can increase energy use. (Usually behind or underneath!)

🧺 Check your dryer vent – Summer humidity + lint buildup can reduce efficiency and become a fire hazard.

🧼 Run a dishwasher cleaning cycle – Remove buildup and odors with a dishwasher cleaner or a cup of vinegar on an empty cycle.

🌬️ Don’t overload appliances – Extra laundry and summer gatherings can put extra strain on washers and dishwashers.

💡 A few minutes of maintenance now can help avoid expensive repairs later!
