If you're a churro lover, this one's for you 😍 Gabi Dimitrova created these Cinnamon Churro Blondies that are sweet, chewy, and packed with cozy cinnamon flavor and a hint of nuttiness thanks to our Cinnamon Churro pecans! 

Here's what you'll need:
- ½ cup melted butter
- ¾ cup packed light brown sugar (plus more for garnish)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups gluten-free 1:1 baking flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon (plus more for garnish)
- 1 cup chopped Evie’s Snacks Cinnamon Churro Pecans

Directions:
✨ Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
✨ In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth and glossy. Whisk in the eggs and vanilla until fully combined.
✨ Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. Fold until just combined—don't overmix.
✨ Fold in ¾ cup of the chopped Cinnamon Churro Pecans, then spread the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle the remaining ¼ cup of pecans on top.
✨ Bake for 24–28 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the center has a slight wobble. A toothpick should come out with a few moist crumbs.
✨ Let the blondies cool completely, then chill for 30–60 minutes before slicing for the cleanest cuts!

Have you ever had a deconstructed pecan pie? 😉 🥧

Here's what you'll need:
• Vanilla pudding
• Cool Whip
• Pre-baked pie crust
• Caramel sauce
• Evie’s Snacks Brown Butter Rum Pecans

Directions:
Start by crushing the pie crust into the bottom of a glass. Then layer vanilla pudding, caramel, chopped Brown Butter Rum Pecans, and Cool Whip. Repeat the layers one more time. Top with extra pecans and enjoy! 🥄
