Let me just tell you I am not a big fan of salt water taffy so I would never think in a million years to try it freeze dried and I have to say it’s in a top 5 of my favorite freeze dried candy🤤 SO GOOD! No more chewy stick to your teeth that you have to pull off with your finger instead it’s a big light crispy airy puff ball that melts in your mouth and not just that the flavor is so much more intense because the water gets sucked out during the freeze drying process.
10 out of 10 hands down!

Freeze Dry before & afters. No more hard, chewy candy that sticks to your teeth! When candy is freeze dried it sucks all the moisture out and leaves it a nice light crispy texture that is so easy to bite rite into. Also with no more moisture that leaves room for lots more flavor! Not only is it easy to chew, cute to look at but it also has way more flavor! I mean thats just a win win right there!
