We’re upgrading more than just the computer. 👀🧵

Blue Willow is setting up a new desktop system to make quilting services, software access, and customer education even better.

With the new setup, we’ll be able to:
• Teach classes using the INNOVA simulator
• Give customers easier access to dealer versions of digitizing and quilting software
• Answer questions while quilts are being processed
• Let you preview and approve a full quilt layout before you leave
• Save that layout and transfer it directly to the quilting machine

It’s all about making the process more interactive, more transparent, and easier to understand from start to finish.
