A quick update for our customers:
On July 13, USPS Ground Advantage shipping rates increased by 36.65%. When we first started, we were proud to offer FREE shipping, but unfortunately those costs have continued to rise beyond what a small business can absorb.
To help offset the increase, we’ve adjusted our shipping charge to $7.00, even though it now costs us $7.68 to ship each order. We’ll continue covering part of that expense because we want to keep our products as affordable as possible.
At the same time, the cost of wood, packaging, and other raw materials has climbed significantly. We know no one likes paying for shipping, and we don’t like charging for it. Every decision we make is carefully considered so we can continue creating the hometown ornaments you love while keeping our business healthy.
