Luk Chup is a traditional Thai dessert of edible miniature fruits and vegetables made from a sweet blend of mung beans, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt. Each piece is carefully hand-shaped, painted with food coloring, and coated with a clear agar-agar jelly glaze, giving it a beautiful, yummy, glossy bite!

Fun fact: Luk Chup is derived from the Portuguese massapão (marzipan).
