What a year. We planned for growth, made more food than ever, added registers and made changes to serve fairgoers faster — and you still kept us on our toes.

We’re incredibly proud of our crew, grateful for every fairgoer who showed up for us, and already working on how we can come back even stronger next year.

A good problem to have, but still one we’re taking seriously.

Goodbye Cooper Street & Dan Patch Ave for now! Physically moving out of the Minnesota State Fair but still lots of fun admin activities to wrap up…like paying our crew, vendors, and other bills! We have a brief break to focus on our day jobs and then production starts back up again so stay tuned to see what it’s like to be a mobile food vendor

A dream come true for our very own Mr. Congeniality. Sweetened condensed milk made him who he is today so a royal introduction was long overdue.

Good to know for next year that “you can leave early” unlocks a completely different level of productivity at the Minnesota State Fair.

Thank you for an absolutely wild 2026, Minnesota State Fairgoers. We couldn’t have done it without our crew and everyone who showed up hungry.
