A bittersweet announcement. 📣

After a lot of thought, I’ve decided to close my booth at Then & Now at the end of July.

While I’m sad to close this chapter, SophiVintage isn’t going anywhere. In many ways, this feels less like an ending and more like a reset.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the years. Every purchase, kind word, recommendation, comment, and friendship has meant more than you’ll ever know.

I’m excited for what’s next, and I can’t wait to bring you all along for the journey. ✨

Obsessed with how this little Lane vanity turned out ✨

The original, cream lacquer finish on this piece, was already in pristine condition. I added authentic 1970s flower power drawer liners to spruce up the inside, and paired it with the cutest chrome stool refinished in avocado green to match.

One of those pieces that somehow feels both space age and straight out of a dreamy retro apartment.

this vintage bar cabinet had me at the mustard yellow textured panels… but the groovy, mirrored 70s wallpaper inside sealed the deal

scratched, tired, and completely overlooked
I veneered the top and sides in mahogany, refinished the wood, added a custom shelf, and brought the whole piece back to life

now it finally feels like the statement it was always meant to be

this is why I will always choose the ones everyone else passes on

IN THE SHOP NOW

found this gorgeous mcm blue tiled coffee table on fb marketplace and I know most people would’ve walked right past it. The tile was gross, the paint was worse, and it just looked tired

I took the time to clean it up, refinished the wood, kept the tile because it deserved to stay (duh)

and now it actually looks like what it was supposed to be the whole time
this is why I will always pick the “ugly” piece.. a true mid-century gem 💎✨
