Penny Bradford, 80, of Salisbury, Maryland, earned her wings and entered eternal life on September 10, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. Her family finds comfort in knowing that she is now at peace, reunited with loved ones who went before her, and resting in the presence of the Lord.
Penny was well known throughout the Salisbury community as the owner of Kitty Flowers, where her creativity, love of flowers, and warm personality touched many lives over the years. She will be greatly missed by all of us at Kitty’s Flowers, and we will strive everyday to keep her legacy of kindness and passion alive as we continue to serve the community she so loved. Thank you all for your outreach as we honor Ms Penny, she was truly loved and admired by all who knew her 💜
