I just want to start by saying thank you for your patience, and I’m really sorry for the delays some of you have run into. I know it’s frustrating waiting—especially when you’re excited to get something for your little ones.
Our Tiny Twirls outfits and Pullovers have taken off way more than we ever expected. Every single item is made to order with your chosen colors, names, logos, and designs, so nothing is pre-made or sitting on a shelf. Because of that, each piece takes time to get right.
Right now, all orders from first batches are in production. I’m waiting on tracking and shipment updates from the factory, and as soon as I get them, I’ll post an update letting you know everything is on the way to me. From there, I’ll get everything packed up and either ready for pickup or shipped out, depending on what you selected at checkout.
Orders are still being submitted weekly and now that the factory has also added more staff and increased their production capacity, and we’re already starting to see faster turnaround times on newer orders.
They are working through a very high volume of orders from multiple businesses, so things have been a bit of a learning curve while they scale up—but they are getting through orders consistently and improving every week.
I really appreciate your kindness and understanding through all of this. It truly means a lot, and I’m so grateful for every single one of you who has supported The New Era and trusted me with your order.
Please know I’m staying in close contact with the Vendor and doing everything I can behind the scenes to keep things moving and get your orders to you as soon as possible.
