It is Miniature Monday!

We are featuring the characters from Marvel United: Guardians of the Galaxy Remix by CMON and Spin Master Games.

The minis in this series were painted to match the corresponding character cards as closely as possible, in bold blocks of color to align with the chibi-style artwork. Each was painted using Citadel Contrast paints, Army Painter Speed Paints 2.0, and Citadel paints. A combination of techniques were used, including dry brush where appropriate. The sculpted bases are done in a Speed Paint gray to avoid distracting from the minis. Base rings are TurboDork solid colors to identify the character as a Hero (blue), Anti-Hero (purple), or Villain (red).

Each Survivor may be used as a Character in Massive Darkness 2.

It is Miniature Monday!

Today we are featuring the Foot Clan enemies from the Timecrash expansion for Zombicide: Fantasy. The set was released alongside White Death.

The Foot Clan may be used as a mob in Massive Darkness 2.

In keeping with my standard, each of these miniatures has a unique paint job. Each wears purple clothing, and I selected five different shades to use. After a topcoat of brushed on matte varnish had dried, I rebased the miniatures onto clear bases to allow the tile art in the game to show through more effectively.

Each miniature was painted using a mix of Army Painter Speed on Paints 2.0, Citadel Contrast Paints and Layer Paints, and Reaper Paints over a Zenithal prime. Dry brush techniques are used when appropriate.

All the miniatures in this Starfinder character miniature series are customed designed using Hero Forge. They were printed in house using a resin 3D printer, then painted to match the player’s preferences using a mix of Citadel Contrast Paints and Layer Paints, Reaper Paints, and TurboDork paints over a Zenithal prime. Dry brush techniques are used when appropriate. All character minis are blacklined to help make their details pop.

It is Miniature Monday!

These are the Tainted Walker zombies and Tainted Abomination from the Friends & Foes expansion for Zombicide: Fantasy. The set was released alongside Green Horde.

In keeping with my standard, each of these miniatures has a unique paint job. All Walkers have blue clothing, and I selected seven different shades of blue to use across the entire Fantasy line. The Abomination wears red. The pustules are a burgundy with pink highlights and Nurgule’s Rot on the bubbles. The eyes are black with white pupils. Black spikes complete the overall vibe. After a topcoat of brushed on matte varnish had dried, I rebased the miniatures onto clear bases to allow the tile art in the game to show through more effectively.
