Every year during Semana Santa, the city of Uruapan, Michoacán fills with color, tradition, and movement for one of Mexico’s most important craft fairs: the Tianguis Artesanal de Domingo de Ramos. 🇲🇽✨
This year, we were lucky to be there and it’s hard to explain just how special it was. Communities like Tzintzuntzan, Capula, San José de Gracia, Patamban, Huáncito, Cocucho, and so many more showed up with the best of their craft. Some techniques passed down for generations, others refreshed with new ideas; but always rooted in cultura.
We came back with full hearts, lots of inspiration, and (of course) some beautiful pieces we can’t wait to share with you soon. 💚
For now, we just wanted to share a glimpse of the culture, pride, and talent we witnessed while continuing to bring you Lo Bien Hecho en México. 🫶🏽
