Both:
✅ Clean and dirty water separation
✅ Machine washable mop heads

Flat mop:
✅ Good for quick cleanups
✅ Segmented handle screws together for solid feel
❌ wash the pad after each cleaning
❌ Rigid cleaning pad struggles to get in cracks

Spin Mop:
✅ Less scrubbing
✅ Gets in grout cracks
❌ telescoping handle doesn’t feel as sturdy
❌ my foot pedal for the spin mechanism gave out in the past

My pick would be the spin mop for a deeper clean on my tile floors. Choose the flat mop on wood.
