“The Chicken Ranch,” La Grange, Texas. Songs, books, tall tales and truths have been told and documented about this infamous “destination.” A few years ago, we acquired an item that resided within the walls of the ranch from the estate of a South Texas physician. His wife had it reupholstered and monogrammed, but the original tapestry still resides underneath. This was my attempt at a bit of humor, yesterday at The Junk Ranch® between raindrops. Now, go listen to ZZ Top and then ask Google and read the stories. 👣🖤🐾
