I've heard from 22 out of 30 Participants this morning. Both the Sugarfree and Moderate Levels are doing well. Two days to go when it ends on March 21st.

A Side Note: In honor of Phil's 2nd Heaven Anniversary Day on Wednesday March 20th, if you can wear Purple....could be a shirt, hat, or any clothing with Purple 💜 in it. When you do, please take a selfie 🤳 and post it directly on my page or tag me from your page.

DAY 18: PHIL'S 3RD ANNUAL SUGARFREE CHALLENGE FOR MARCH 2024

Well, my first comment is that being on the Moderate Level of the Challenge is a little bit tough for myself is tough. I kinda went a little bit overboard, I had a variety of sweets but small portions, so I'll watch my sugar intake on the last 4 days of the Sugarfree Challenge. The morning of March 21st is everyone's weigh-in date, and looking forward to everyone's results!

Well, everyone who checked in with me through Chat Messenger are doing really good with their Challenge. A few has said that after the weigh-in this coming Thursday morning on March 21, they will carry on for another few weeks to really measure the weight loss they are hoping to achieve.
