The last couple of weeks have gone into the parts of Paperform you touch every single day: building a form, getting it live, and ensuring that is smooth. Here is what is new.

A cleaner way to start with AI
The AI create-form screen has a fresh look. There is a full *Generate* button front and centre, idea prompts are capped and tucked behind a tidy *More ideas* link to the page, and the template library now has a full search field with a *Load more* button, so finding the right starting point takes seconds instead of endless scrolling.

No more submissions delayed to a network blip
If a submission webhook to another tool failed to connect before any data went out, it used to just vanish. Now it retries automatically, so a brief network hiccup no longer means a wait for retries.

And over in Paperform’s workflow tool - Stepper
Our free workflows tool Stepper has five new apps live: Zoho Bookings, MongoDB Atlas, Braintree, Datadog and Podio. With almost 500 apps connected, you can do much more with your form workflows all in the one platform! (Stepper is available in the Paperform dashboard at https://app.stepper.io/flows)

Workspaces are now shared across Paperform, Papersign and Stepper. Your forms, your contracts and your workflows can now live in the same space.

Our products have always been built to work together. But working together should also mean feeling like one place, and shared workspaces are the foundation for that.

→ You'll see all of your workspaces, everywhere. Open Paperform, Papersign or Stepper and you'll see the same list, including ones that used to belong to another product.

→ You can move things between workspaces. Drag a form, a document or a workflow into any workspace you like. Organize by client, team or project instead of by product.

→ Everything for one project can finally live together. The intake form, the contract and the automation that connects them can now sit side by side.
Nothing has been moved or renamed, your links still work, and there's nothing you need to do.

This is the first of several changes we are planning to bring them closer.

We’ve shipped a bunch of improvements across Paperform. Here's the highlights:

*AI form creation progress indicator*
Creating forms with AI is now more transparent. If a request is taking longer than usual, you’ll now see a progress indicator so you know Paperform is still working in the background.

*File dates are now easier to track*
You can now see both form creation dates and last edited dates in file storage, making it easier to manage and identify files at a glance.

*Stronger Google Sheets worksheet guidance*
We’ve added clearer formatting guidance to the Google Sheets worksheet parameter so it’s easier to understand exactly what’s expected when setting up integrations.

*Matrix fields now exposed in the public API*
Matrix field rows and columns are now available through the public API, giving developers more flexibility when working with matrix data.
