Blue Bonnet Branding is a growing print shop specializing in a wide range of printing services, including DTF T-shirt/hat printing, and laser engraving. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to our clients. We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our team. The Production Assistant will play a vital role in our print shop operations by assisting with the production process, operating our DTF T-shirt Printer, and laser engraver and shirt press. Although not required, candidates with graphic design experience are highly desired. If you are a hardworking, quick learner with a passion for print production, we want to hear from you! Work days are flexible. Must be detail minded, able to lift 40-50 lbs, work independently and do repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the production process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of projects.
Operate DTF T-shirt Printer, and laser engraver, and tshirt/hat press, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to customer specifications.
Maintain and clean equipment, performing routine maintenance as needed. Assist with the preparation of print files, ensuring proper formatting and color management.
Work closely with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and seamless communication. Provide input on the improvement of production processes and techniques.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in print technology.
Perfect for high school graduate, college student or parent with kids in school.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a print production environment is a plus, but not required.
Basic knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe, Corel) is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and equipment.
Job Type: Part-Time for now, eventually full time.
