It was a 4-Day work week, but oh goodness did we need our Espresso to get through it!!!!

Our House Espresso! Our label seeks to illustrate the idea of coffee arcoss the globe. This is a global blend of 6 beans from different regions of the world. It is us honoring the different people of coffee growing regions from across the world. Espresso is a process, not a coffee. All Espresso's are coffee, but not all coffee is Espresso. These beans have been specifically chosen to bring you a beautiful start to your day, or midday pick-me up! While named "Espresso," this can also be used in traditional brewing methods - it is delicious either way!

It is a new school year and my wife said, "you know what I want to start the year right?" I said, "In n Out" and she called me dumb and I made sure to bring her home her fave Blonde Espresso!!!

Our label gives a nod to the world's most famous blonde as we dive into our most unique offering! We know that a "Blonde Espresso" or also called "Sweet Espresso" may throw people off. "ESPRESSO IS DARK AND STRONG" (they say)! Well, it is all in the process! When roasting these beans, we stopped at the "First Crack." This is a lower temperature roast than what you are used to. The First Crack refers to the audible 'crack' of a coffee bean as the water inside vaporizes during the roasting process. What results is a higher acidity level in the coffee (aka: brighter cup) and the natural fruity flavors of the bean come out. Don't worry - this packs just as much caffeine as you would expect, but it is light and well-balanced.

We loved this celebration of coffee & culture when leaving Punta Cana a few weeks ago.
