Duo #82 brings together two natural, hand-wrapped beach stones paired with hand-selected olive wood bowls. From the intricate net wrap on the dark charcoal centerpiece to the smooth, multi-strand leather band on its petite companion, each piece offers its own unique tactile presence.

Keep them together as a grounding accent for your desk, nightstand, or coffee table, or split the pair—one to keep and one to gift.

Handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and finished with natural mineral oil to bring out the deep grain of the wood and the rich texture of the stone.

Did you know that legend surrounds wishing stones? Beyond tracing the natural band to anchor your own intention, folklore says that making a wish for someone else and gifting the stone to them brings luck to you both. Connection, transformation, and rich aquamarine tones. 🌿🌊

Available now in the shop! The taller stone in this set features the Cho-Musubi (butterfly) knot, traditionally symbolizing connection and transformation. Nestled in a sustainably sourced live-edge olive wood bowl alongside a rare piece of sea glass, it’s a tactile, grounding accent for home or workspace. There is a quiet magic when contrasting textures meet. 🌿✨

In this new one-of-a-kind Duo set, a deep charcoal-gray beach stone and an olive-green/bronze speckled stone are nestled together in a rustic, live-edge olive wood bowl.

Each stone is uniquely hand-wrapped with matte black and metallic copper-colored leather cord—one featuring an intricate Japanese Cho-Musubi (butterfly) knot, and the other a detailed interlocking wrap. Tucked alongside them is a frosted shard of storied, coastal sea glass with a history that spans decades.

Designed as a tactile, organic accent for your favorite coffee table, desk, or shelf.

A new set focusing on the quiet intersection of Scandinavian simplicity and Japanese wabi-sabi design.

This pairing features an olive wood bowl holding two hand-wrapped beach stones. I wanted to play with subtle color shifts here—the larger stone is wrapped in a deep indigo leather, while the smaller stone features a brighter slate-blue leather woven into a traditional Cho-Musubi (butterfly) knot.

A grounded, textured accent piece for a coffee table, desk, or shelf.

Now listed in the shop (and yes, curiosity-tested by my studio assistant 🐾). Here's the link if you are curious: https://centeringstones.etsy.com/listing/4537358884

Every material has a history. 🌊🪨✨

This new set brings together textures and stories from completely different landscapes. The central piece is a Mexican beach stone from Baja—shaped and tumbled by the sea for millennia—wrapped in a structural slate-blue and black leather weave. Nestled beside it in the olive wood bowl is a rare piece of navy blue-striped sea glass from a childhood neighbor’s vintage koi pond near Venice Beach, CA.

The slight variation between the deep navy blue of the glass and the slate blue of the leather is exactly the kind of organic, unmanufactured harmony that makes a piece feel complete.

A sanctuary for a stone.

There is a unique grounding energy that comes from bringing disparate elements together. For this piece, I wanted to explore the contrast between the rugged, industrial history of an antique iron spindle and the soft, organic texture of a hand-sculpted paper clay vessel.

Every line, every wrap, and every imperfection is intentional. It’s a quiet reminder to slow down, breathe, and appreciate the beauty of time-worn things.
