I encourage the use of Crystals as an alternative-medicine practice by using semiprecious stones and crystals such as quartz, agate, amethyst or opals for their metaphysical healing properties. When crystals connect with a person, and they are used together in a healing session, they will resonate or vibrate a frequency. What that does, is it amplifies any intention. � Crystals assist and facilitate in the healing process. Whatever is placed as an intention, will turn around and embroider and grow! Please note, these are natural crystals and as such may include fracture marks and irregularities. I have done my best to give you a good view of each piece but if you have questions or wish to see a particular crystal specimen up close, feel free to reach out before purchasing. Payment Details
We accept payment through Etsy, Paypal, Cash App, and Venmo for all transactions. However if you need to work out another form of payment, we are always willing to work with you the customer. Please have a convo with us if you need to use another form of payment. Shipping Information
We ship to the address you provide on Etsy. We are not responsible if you provide the wrong address, so please double check the address before you make a purchase. Once your items leave us, USPS takes over. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages due to the mail service. If your package is damaged, stolen or lost due to the postal service, you will need to contact your local post office and file a claim with them. All Priority packages have a $50 to $100+ insurance claim. For damages that occur during shipping, if an item arrives to you broken, please keep the shipping box/package and all items contained in it. We will need you to take detailed pictures of your damaged piece. Buyers are financially responsible for returning the item to the seller.

All orders are shipped via USPS. If you prefer shipping through FedEx or UPS, please advise us ahead of time. You will receive a confirmation number from us, via Etsy messaging, at the time of shipment. Please be advised, we are not responsible for lost, damage, or stolen items if your package deliver leaves your package in an unsecured location. Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, I just require that you contact me within FIVE days from when the item was delivered. If the item is to be returned, it must be returned within THREE days of delivery, and the return chargers are at the buyer's expense. We do not accept exchanges or cancellations. Please contact us, via ETSY message or by email, if you have any issues with your order. The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
* Items that were on discounted or on sale.
* Any damaged or lost item. If we accept a return, all returns must be in their original condition and securely packaged, if applicable. To process a return, message us within 48 hours of your delivery with the details of the item or items you would like to return and the reason for the return. Please wait for an email confirmation and instructions from us prior to returning the items.
