History and antiques have always played a huge role in my life. My dad was a history professor and it rubbed off on me. Throughout my adult life I've been collecting classic automobiles, antiques, and art. I started working for Antique Automotive of San Diego in 1972. Antique Automotive was started in 1963. I bought that business in 19
83. Over the years, Antique Automotive became a destined location for the antique and classic car hobby. The store sold thousands of original classic car parts and classic cars. There was also a showroom with 50 antique and classic cars, decorated with signs, memorabilia, and even a classic clothing shop that the ladies loved. I also started my collection of antiques and art and have been at it for over 30 years.
