Identify those thoughts that are not helping you. If you think to yourself “oh man I can’t do this, it’ll take too long”

Change that too “this may take sometime but I’ll make a plan, and set some small goals along the way to prepare”
Start with identifying those thoughts that hold you back and change it to a verb.
You can do this.

It takes time. Put in the ground work by building a strong foundation, implement your plan and stay consistent.
When your having a hard day take a step back and do something like, taking a yoga class, boxing, hiking, cooking class. Do something out of the ordinary that will allow you to distress and give you more room for creativity to stay on track with your goals.

Our ego can be our worse enemies sometimes and we may not even realize it.
If you find yourself being jealous, insecure, suspicious, ask yourself these questions; where are these feelings coming from ? Would I feel like this in any other situation? Can I live with it ?
Take a moment and sit with the questions before letting the ego take us on a unhappy experience.

Life is all about balance.
Too much of one thing will not do you any good.
Balance your time, your money, your relationships whether personal or business.
If someone told me to growing up I can accomplish multiple goals in my life, as long as I balance them probably; man things would be so different right now.
Now, don’t let this hold you back at all, because there is plenty of time to succeed. Just because you didn’t do it 10 years ago or last year all it means is that time wasn’t the right time for you. If your feeling hyped after reading this, well big news, your time is NOW!!!! 📸
