Introducing the new IR Revolution Series

The latest advance in curing technology, Short Wave Infrared (IR), is now available. Short Wave IR and its unique benefits are fast becoming the industry standard worldwide.

The new IR Revolution series is upgraded with the following:

Gold plated infrared emitters

Gold plated infrared emitters are made of high-quality quartz tubes and feature a gold reflector for highest efficiency. It provides an even heat distribution and a larger curing area than conventional reflectors while consuming less power. It also gives the emitters a higher radiation density and improved mechanical stability.

Cassette / Fan / Filter

Overheating and dust are the two factors that lead to a short service life of tube lamp. A tube lamp should be operational for at least 10,000 hours. The new cassettes are equipped with a powerful fan to cool the tube, hence extending the service life significantly. An additional particle filter has been installed on the rear of the cassette for dust.

Sensors

Ultrasonic distance sensor is equipped with thermal compensation. Temperature sensor has a red laser beam for aiming and to maintain accurate temperature.

Self-balancing arm

The lamp is equipped with a gas shock control arm. There are two gas struts installed for an easy height adjustment.
