Granny Love - Handmade bears & blankets And that tragically, if they pass away, the parents have nothing to take home with them.

We are a small group of Grandmas who make hand made bears and blankets and donate them to the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at the Womens & Childrens Hospital in Adelaide SA. We started making them after hearing that quite often the children in this unit have nothing in the hospital of their own as they have come from emergency situations. So we donate bears to cuddle and blankets for snuggling i

n, in the hopes of bringing a little happiness into an often frightening situation. We are completely self funded and rely on donations to be able to make these precious gifts of love. If you would like to donate any of the following, please send us a message.

* Flannelette fabric
* Cotton fabric
* Fibre fill stuffing
Please note that only unused, clean donations will be suitable as often our blankets and bears go home with the patients.
