One of our largest arch orders to date was finished and delivered today.
Initially, the order didn't seem terribly challenging, beyond the sheer size- a 10' tall x 8' wide back archway with an 8' tall x 3 1/2' wide split archway in front.
Then came the challenge- everything would have to fit into an elevator shaft to be taken to the 42nd floor...

After much back and forth, we built our first 4-piece archway. The main arch actually breaks into 4 solid sections, with easy-to-use bolts. Hollow backsides provide space for weights to be placed.
The split arch can be set up separated as shown, or assembled together as well!

Our shop will be closed today as we return from a long distance delivery in Michigan. Message responses will be delayed ...

Our newest mini-coffee cart is finished and ready for a long distance delivery to Michigan this weekend!

A referral from a repeat client in Fort Wayne, this client wanted a petite setup for smaller events. The cart features a removable sink and knockbox, single folding side shelf, and upgraded plumbing setup (high velocity pump, accumulator, large intake, water heater, and larger lines).

We are pleased to showcase one of the more ornate carts that we have had the pleasure of building.

Our client had a beautiful vision, and we were happy to take it from a rendering to reality.

This 5' setup features two removable ice cream bins, four gold topping bowls, decorative front, and adjustable interior shelving.

You already knew that we built carts, but did you know that we also do repairs, revisions, and upgrades on our existing carts?

Almost one year ago, this cart rolled out our door finished in white and brown, with view windows around the body (see last pics). After months of heavy use and abuse, it was sad to see it brought back in busted and broken.
Within a week, we removed/replaced damages pieces, upgraded the hinges, added casters, installed new body panels, installed LEDs, and updated the paint colors.
She rolled out again last week, looking brand new again!

This adorable charcuterie cart was a fun build, as it was a surprise birthday present for our client's sister, who runs a decor business!

Though only 4' long, it packs a ton of bin space within the covered pans.

In the past few months, we have seen popularity for perfume bars and walls grow.
Our latest setup is the 3rd such bar for this repeat client. After ordering two of our earliest models back in 2024, this newest setup is her first with a mobile base and detachable sides, making it significantly easier to setup, take down and transport!
She was delighted to see the many improvements in just two years.
