Our Cacao Husk Tea is brewed just like coffee or tea, but made from the roasted shells of the cacao bean itself.

It carries that rich chocolate aroma people love, without the caffeine. Instead, it naturally contains theobromine — a gentler, smoother kind of lift that feels a little different than coffee.

Conching is one of our favorite parts of the process — mostly because it’s where the chocolate really starts to become itself.

After grinding, the chocolate is kept moving — mixed, folded, aired out — for hours. This helps release any harsh or acidic notes and rounds everything out into something smooth and balanced.

The longer you conch, the more the flavor opens up. It’s slow, quiet work. No shortcuts.

That’s kind of the whole thing with bean-to-bar chocolate — there are so many steps most people never hear about, but every single one matters.

One of my favorite things is to see the boxes finished at the end. Everyone’s inner artist come out, teaching you something about the person behind it.
