yesterday, i had the opportunity to create a tattoo to memorialize Storm. tattoos like these remind me that tattooing is about more than putting ink in skin. i love being able to preserve memories that matter most.

getting this much detail into a microrealism piece this size was definitely a challenge. four skulls, a whole lot of tiny details & probably an unreasonable amount of staring at millimeters. i love tattoos that push the boundaries of what i know i can do. i probably care about the little things more than i should, but i think that’s the whole point

Birth flowers from last week! i love how the color stays soft without losing structure, that’s always the line you’re walking with florals. this is one of those pieces that fits the arm naturally & doesn’t fight the skin
