🥥🤍🥥 TOASTED COCONUT + BANANA 🍌💛🍌

Toasted coconut and fresh banana get hitched in this tropical little homage to Gilligan’s Island! 🏝️🌴

Remember how the only dessert they seemed able to make on the island was coconut banana cream pie? Although I’ve always wondered… where exactly were they getting the cream? 🤔😂 Maybe it’s best not to think too hard about that.

One of my personal favorites, this mini cheesecake is a delicious blend of toasted coconut and fresh banana, bringing all those tropical pie flavors together in cheesecake form. Creamy, fruity, nutty, and downright delectable! 😋🥰

These Blueberry 🫐 Dark Chocolate 🍫 Cheesecakes baked up SO beautifully today that I may have gotten just a little giddy. 🤩💙

And honestly… look at them! 😍

They’re the perfect balance of creamy cheesecake goodness and rich dark chocolate, with super-plump local blueberries baked right into the middle. All sitting on my buttery Maria Biscuit crust and finished with my sweetened-sour cream topping.

Hokey Pokey Milk Chocolate Cheesecake!

New Zealand holds a dear place in my heart, as it was the home of my first cheesecake business in 2003.

The Hokey Pokey Cheesecake was one of the most popular flavors (flavours). 😉 Ordered regularly by the cast and crew of Lord of the Rings and Peter Jackson’s King Kong.

This personal party cheesecake is full of house made hokey pokey and milk chocolate buttons. Absolutely Positively delicious!
