I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday week! 🍁 It’s been a while since I’ve checked in here, so I wanted to take a moment to reach out to you all.
I’ve been part of this industry since the early days of the newborn boom (and even before), and my knitting career has been such a blessing. But I won’t sugarcoat it—the past year and a half has been the hardest I’ve ever experienced. To go from thriving, providing for my family, to where things are now (nearly nonexistent) has been devastating. You’ve probably noticed that I stopped running RTS sales and updating the shop, and I wanted to share why.
With my own work no longer selling, seeing so many fellow creators close their doors, and living with the constant fear of failure, I realized I couldn’t keep pushing for something that wasn’t coming back. For so long, I told myself, “I’ve been here since the beginning—I can’t give up now.” But the daily grind became too heavy, and stepping away became necessary.
It’s been good to take a step back, but I can’t help missing what this business—my heart—used to be.
So with that said, I’m running a HUGE sale right now. If you have the means to support, it would mean the world to me. Your encouragement and loyalty over the past 15 years have carried me, and they mean even more now, when I know so many of us are struggling. NO CODE NEEDED 🛒 ⚠️
