🎂 IT’S MY BIRTHDAY & I’M GIVING AWAY THE DISCOUNTS! 🎉

Well, it’s officially my birthday! 🥳🩷

And apparently, my idea of celebrating is giving YOU a discount instead of getting presents myself! 😂

But hey, it’s my birthday, I make the rules! 💁🏼‍♀️🎀

So in honor of another trip around the sun…

🎃🍂 ALL HALLOWEEN & FALL DESIGNS ARE 30% OFF! 🍂🎃

Yep! Every available Halloween and fall wreath, swag and door hanger!

And since Halloween is right around the corner, there’s still time to make that front door look cute without adding another thing to your already overflowing to-do list! 😉

Here’s how to snag one:

🎀 Scroll through the pictures.

🎀 Find the one that needs to come home with you.

🎀 Comment on the picture of the design you’re interested in!

I’ll get back to you with the birthday sale price!

Only one of each design is available, so once they’re gone, they’re gone!

And if you don’t see anything that catches your eye, a simple SHARE is a pretty awesome birthday gift, too! 🩷 You never know which one of your friends might be looking for something cute for their front door, and every share helps my little business reach someone new!

Now excuse me while I go eat some birthday cake and pretend I don’t have a million other things I should be doing! 🎂😂

Thanks for celebrating with me and supporting my little Palm & Petal dream! 🩷🌿

🎀 ONE WEEK TO GO! 🎀

Well, we’re officially ONE WEEK away from the Glendale Crossing Festival, and I’m pretty sure my to-do list is getting longer instead of shorter! 😂

I’ve got designs to finish, things to price, supplies to organize, a booth to figure out how to fit everything into…and about 100 more ideas I’d love to make before next Saturday! 😬

But this is the fun part, too! Getting everything together, seeing all the finished pieces and imagining what the Palm & Petal booth is going to look like!

I’m planning to share a little of the behind-the-scenes craziness this week, because there’s a whole lot more that goes into these markets than just showing up with pretty wreaths! 😂

And I’m curious…

When you shop at a craft fair, are you someone who goes looking for something specific, or do you just wander around until something catches your eye? 👀

Because I’m definitely the second one! 😂🩷

Hope to see some of you there!

🌿 A Little Reminder From My Little Corner of the Internet 🌿

I wanted to share something today that has absolutely nothing to do with buying a wreath. 🤍

One thing I don’t think I fully understood until starting Palm & Petal is just how much small businesses rely on social media to simply be seen.

And here’s the crazy part…some of the BEST ways you can support a small business don’t cost you a single penny.

When you like a post, it helps.
When you leave a comment, it helps even more.
When you share something I made, you’re putting my work in front of people I may have never reached on my own.
When you tag a friend, answer one of my silly polls, vote on which ribbon you like better, or tell me which design is your favorite…it all matters.

Even something as simple as stopping to interact with a post tells social media, “Hey, people might actually want to see this.” 😂

And for a little business like mine, that can make such a difference.

Of course I want to sell the things I create—that’s part of running a business. But I also know you aren’t going to need a wreath every week. 😂 And I never want anyone following this page to feel like you have to buy something to support me.

Sometimes support looks like a purchase.

And sometimes it looks like hitting the share button so the person who IS looking for that wreath has a chance to find me. 🩷

So really this is just a reminder that those tiny little things you probably don’t think twice about can mean a whole lot to someone trying to grow a small business.

And while I’m here, I also just want to say thank you.

Thank you for being in my little corner of the internet. For following along while I create, change my mind, abandon a design halfway through 😂, try something new, ask you to pick ribbons, prepare for markets and figure out this little business as I go.

Whether you’ve bought something, shared a post, left me a sweet comment, voted in a poll, told a friend about Palm & Petal or you’ve just quietly been following along…

I’m really glad you’re here. 🤍🌿

Every single one of you is helping me build this little dream of mine, one post, one share and one pretty front door at a time.

Thank you for supporting Palm & Petal. It means more than you probably realize. 🩷

🩷 OCTOBER IS PERSONAL TO ME 🩷

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and this one hits a little closer to home for me.

My mom is a breast cancer survivor. 🩷

So when I see all the pink ribbons throughout October, I don’t just think about breast cancer awareness. I think about her. I think about how incredibly thankful I am that I get to say the word survivor.

And I know there are so many women and families who have their own person they think about when they see that pink ribbon. A mom, sister, daughter, wife, friend—or maybe it’s you. 🩷

That’s why I wanted to create a couple of pieces this year that were a little more than just something pretty for your front door.

🩷 No One Fights Alone — This one is all about the message. A grapevine wreath filled with pink and black, lots of texture, wispy greenery and that beautiful “No One Fights Alone” pink ribbon sign. It’s bold, feminine and a reminder that nobody should ever have to walk through that fight by themselves.

👻🩷 Save the BO***es — Because awareness doesn’t always have to be serious! This one mixes Breast Cancer Awareness with a little Halloween fun. Bright pink, black and white, ghosts, pumpkins, harlequin ribbon, sparkle and lots of fun details. It’s definitely for the woman who loves Halloween and loves her pink. 🎃🩷

Both are currently available.

🩷 No One Fights Alone: $75
👻 Save the BO***es: $100

If one of these has a special meaning for you—or reminds you of someone you love—I hope it makes you smile every time you see it hanging on your door. 🩷

And to my mom…I’m thankful you’re still here. 🩷

🌿 PALM & PETAL IS HITTING THE ROAD! 🌿

It’s official! 🎉

Palm & Petal Creative Designs will be at the Glendale Crossing Festival on October 17th! 🤍🌿

Which means my brain has officially entered the “what in the world am I taking with me?!” phase. 😂

I’ve got wreaths, swags, smaller door hangers, bows, seasonal pieces, everyday designs…and of course I have about 100 more ideas in my head that I’d love to make between now and then. 😬😂

So I need your help!

If you walked into the Palm & Petal booth, what would make you stop and take a look?

🎀 Big beautiful bows
🌿 Wreaths & swags
🚪 Smaller door hangers
🎄Seasonal/holiday decor
🤍 Everyday decor
✨ Something completely different

And if there’s something you’d LOVE to see that I didn’t list, tell me! I’m actually going to use your answers while I’m deciding what to make and what comes with me.

I’m excited to start sharing some of the behind-the-scenes craziness as I get everything ready! 🤍

🎃 These Need a New Door! 👻

Halloween is almost here, and I still have a few Halloween pieces hanging around Palm & Petal that need a new door! 🖤

And listen… if you’re anything like me, this time of year is BUSY. Work, kids, practices, games, dinners, appointments and approximately 47 other things we’re supposed to remember. 😂

But we still want our houses to look cute.

That’s one of the things I love about door decor. Hang it up and you’re done. No decorating an entire porch. No Pinterest-worthy setup required. Just an easy little something that makes your house feel festive when you pull in the driveway. 🧡

I have four Halloween designs still available, and they are VERY different:

👻 Spooky Season Wreath — Classic Halloween with orange, black, ghosts, spiderwebs and tons of fun ribbon. This one is big, bright and definitely says Halloween lives here.

🩷 Pink + Black Halloween — For the girl who likes her Halloween with a little pink! Ghosts, harlequin ribbon, sparkle and the cutest breast cancer awareness twist.

👀 Eyeball Halloween Swag — This one is completely over the top in the best way. Eyeballs, glitter, bright flowers, purple, orange, black and SO much texture. Definitely a statement piece!

🧪 Happy Halloween Swag — Bright, bold and packed with Halloween color! Orange, purple, lime green and black come together with tons of ribbon, florals, berries and wispy greenery. And that bubbling cauldron sign? 💚🎃✨

✨ Halloween Inventory Pricing:
Spooky Season: $55
Pink Swag: $100
Eyeball Swag: $125
Happy Halloween: $100
