I will have the donuts they you all went crazy for, a variety of giant cookies, and fruit galettes. As always, if the pick up date doesn't work for you, please contact me. I am often flexible and we can using work out the timing.

Everything is gluten-free, wheat free, and vegan. In a dedicated GF space. All of the time.

Donuts! Vegan and gluten-free old-fashioned sour cream fried, not baked style! I don't know how often I'm going to be doing these because they stink up my house :) So if you want them, you better come to Saturday's market. Or get a hold of me to schedule and meet up at a later date.

I'll also have my bakery style cookies and galettes. And if you're itching for fall, they are going to be a couple of pumpkin spice things.

Pick up Saturday, August 15 at the Pot it Like it's Hot Market at Green Connection. The cake this round is a vanilla bean citrus cake, with two layers of homemade cardamom pear jam, and one layer of macadamia nut praline pastry cream (say that 3 times fast) all encased in a lovely cream cheese Swiss meringue buttercream. It is so incredibly lovely.

I'll have these items at the market and maybe some other special items to be disclosed closer to. Pre-order your sweets, especially the cakes. I'm not going to have very many if any there. And I don't want to hear from folks oh, you sold out of my favorite cookie if you didn't pre-order 🙂

Feel like I have to say this all the time because it doesn't look gluten-free and vegan. Everything is gluten-free, wheat free, and vegan. All of the time.

My friends sent me a gorgeous picture that they received back from their photographer. I was honored to be part of their day. These two have beautiful souls, and it shows! They are both glowing.

This is for pre-order only! Details at bottom of the description. All of my products are Vegan and GF.

These little cakes have 4 layers of decadent chocolate cake with crushed graham crackers and Swiss meringue marshmallow buttercream between each layer. The cakes are approximately 4 inches in diameter. They are very rich and easily shared between 2 people, 3 if you like dainty slices, or save it all for yourself.

The graham crackers are certified GF, but they do contain oats. So if you are sensitive to oat flour please be aware.

Pick up will be at Valley of the Moon Park parking lot on Friday July 24 at 5:15 pm unless otherwise agreed. If you request a later pickup or delivery, I will contact you after purchase so that we can sort that out.

Here is the finished wedding cake for my friends. Gluten free vanilla bean cake with Salmonberry jelly, lemon curd, and fireweed jelly fillings. They requested a cake that fit with their Alaska wildflower themed wedding, but left the design up to me. I love me a rustic cake so that's what I did. No, I don't make wedding cakes anymore ;) I would charge so much money to do this professionally again. But it's fun to do one for my loved ones here and there and remind myself that I can still do it.
