Owned by Jamie Rutherford, baker, artist, author, pharmacy technician. I'm Jamie, and I've lived in Shelbyville for most of my adult life. I started baking for my family shortly after moving here, even trying my hand at a sourdough starter. Sourdough and I have gotten along pretty well! Caught in life's ups and down, I took a break from baking, but now, I am happy to be back at it. About a year ago, my current starter was 'born', as was the idea for White Raven. I have a Master's degree in Fine Arts (painting), and I am also a certified pharmacy technician. And now, I am a certified and registered cottage baker.

Next market is September 22th in Assumption & Moweaqua Farmers Market . September snuck up on me, and I may have dropped the ball regarding pre-orders this time, but I will still be there with sourdough!
